I am a Therapist with a special interest in anxiety, perinatal mental health, life transitions, trauma-related stress, grief, perfectionism, and the emotional demands of modern motherhood. My aim is to provide a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their experiences, build insight, develop skills, and reconnect with themselves. My name is Kristen and I am a fully licensed Social Worker. My therapeutic approaches includes Motivational Interviewing, CBT, DBT, acceptance and development of healthy coping strategies. My experience includes working together with clients who have major depressive disorder, generalized anxiety disorder, mood disorders, and clients going through transitions or life changes. My goal is to assist clients reaching their goals in a healthy and authentic way.

As a counselor, I utilize empirically-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral, Adlerian & Rogerian theoretical orientations to help address your concerns and challenges. We will work together to create and achieve goals within counseling to obtain a healthier, happier way of living for you. The counseling environment is one that is free of judgment or bias, providing a safe space for you to share your challenges openly.

Kaitlyn Wangler, LLPC
Hi! I am Kaitlyn. I received my Master’s Degree from CMU in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and am a Limited Licensed Counselor. I have experience working with adults with severe mental illness, physical limitations and substance use. I also have to experience working with children on the Autism spectrum. I utilize CBT, Person Centered Therapy, Mindfulness, DBT and Motivational Interviewing. My desire is to help others to feel less alone in their mental health journey.

My background involves working with couples in supporting them to strengthen their relationship. I utilize CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Acceptance and Commitment therapy and Gottman Method in treating couples. I am a firm believer that you are the expert in your own life, and I am here to help you grow.
